Your Role
We are looking for an Account Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate thrives in startup settings, demonstrates the ability to prioritize tasks autonomously, and is open to taking calculated risks. We are on an accelerated growth path and seek innovators who are eager to contribute to our journey.
- Design and manage your own annual, quarterly, and monthly sales strategy for your territory.
- Identify new business opportunities through both inbound inquiries and self-sourced leads.
- Conduct qualification calls with C-level executives and department heads.
- Achieve sales targets by closing new business and expanding existing accounts on a monthly basis.
- Engage with internal advocates to sell to multiple stakeholders, including direct sales to C-level executives.
- Collaborate with marketing and technology teams to refine our sales approach as new features and products are launched.
- Facilitate online and, occasionally, in-person product demonstrations.
- Address Legal, Security, and Procurement inquiries and RFPs.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Legal, Finance, and Security to navigate complex contract requirements for our corporate clients.
- Several years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role, preferably within a SaaS environment.
- Fluency in English and German.
- Experience in a complex sales landscape.
- Proven track record of presenting and pitching to C-level executives regarding business transformations.
- Ability to manage monthly and annual sales pipelines with a strong accuracy in forecasting.
- Goal-oriented with a history of exceeding monthly and annual sales targets.
- Strong customer focus, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Capability to assess client needs and cultivate valuable, trusted relationships at all organizational levels.
- A genuine curiosity and eagerness to learn about all facets of the software development lifecycle.
- Willingness to challenge conventional thinking, recognize issues, and propose viable solutions while being considerate and motivated by team success.
