Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales director to join our team in Düsseldorf. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive sales plans and strategies aligned with our organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales revenue targets and develop strong customer relationships.
- Forecast and create annual sales quotas to determine sales objectives and drive business performance.
- Establish and nurture strong business relationships with clients through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
- Design and implement programs to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Engage in effective sales negotiations and address customer concerns to ensure satisfaction and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conduct market research and align sales strategies with business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field within the solar energy industry.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of sales professionals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Fluent in English with proficiency in speaking and writing.
