Strategic Partner Manager

The role of the Partner Manager in the IT and Networking domain involves the strategic development and execution of partnership initiatives in close cooperation with internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement partner strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership contracts, ensuring clarity on financial arrangements, performance indicators, and mutual responsibilities.
- Foster and maintain robust relationships with key partners in the IT and networking sectors.
- Conduct ongoing monitoring and evaluation of partner performance, identifying areas for enhancement to optimize collaboration.
- Address and resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise between the organization and its partners to ensure a harmonious working relationship.
- Compile and present comprehensive reports on partnership outcomes, utilizing data analysis to identify trends and inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in partner management or a related field within the telecommunications industry.
- Current knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure and information technology.
- Strong negotiation capabilities and proficiency in relationship management.
- Comprehensive understanding of both technical and operational requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
- Fluency in both German and English is essential.
