Job Title: Strategic Key Account Manager

As a Strategic Key Account Manager, you will be an integral part of our team, supporting the Sales department in managing and developing our strategic top clients. You will act as a competent partner for our key clients, providing professional advice, negotiation skills, and positioning our Strategic Key Account Management as a recruitment partner in a demanding customer segment. Your dedication will play a vital role in reshaping the future job market to benefit everyone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Key Account Managers as the main contact for our strategic clients
  • Advise subsidiaries of major corporations on product utilization
  • Analyze customer data and implement strategies to enhance client relationships
  • Build rapport, advocate for clients within the organization, and find suitable solutions together
  • Work closely with various teams for a unified approach to client management

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in B2B sales, focusing on large client development
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Structured and independent work style with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Team player with excellent communication and negotiation skills
