Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement partner strategies in collaboration with various internal teams.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts that define collaboration parameters, including financial arrangements, performance indicators, and obligations.
- Foster and maintain relationships with key partners in the IT and networking industry.
- Monitor and evaluate partner performance, identifying areas for enhancement to optimize collaboration.
- Address and resolve conflicts or disagreements between the organization and its partners to ensure effective collaboration.
- Compile reports on partnership performance, conduct data analysis, and identify trends to inform decision-making and assess the efficacy of the partnership strategy.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in partner management or a related role within the telecommunications industry.
- Current knowledge of telecommunications networks and information technology.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on relationship building and maintenance.
- Comprehension of technical and operational requirements.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external partners.
- Fluency in both German and English.
