Sales Execution: Engage directly with potential clients to foster new business relationships.

  • Oversee the complete sales process from identifying leads to finalizing contracts.
  • Explore and implement innovative strategies for generating outbound leads.
  • Initiate proactive outreach to key decision-makers through various communication channels.
  • Prepare and refine sales presentations and request for proposal (RFP) documents.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, lead negotiations, finalize contracts, and assist in implementation.
  • Develop call scripts and sales templates for effective communication.
  • Organize training sessions for sales personnel to enhance their skills.

Strategic Development: Assist in establishing a robust B2B sales framework.

  • Create a market and product-based lead scoring system for prospective clients.
  • Define and structure a data-driven lead funnel based on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales professionals.
  • Showcase our offerings at relevant industry events and conferences.
  • Forge partnerships and collaborate with industry leaders.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to generate inbound leads.
  • Conduct research on customer requirements and collaborate with the product team to develop tailored solutions.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Your Contribution:
Sales is pivotal for scaling our product and organization. As the initial point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in addressing their needs. Your direct involvement will not only enhance our sales efforts but also contribute significantly to the company's growth. You will collaborate closely with the founders, influencing product development and delivering value to our clients while preparing for future expansion.

Qualifications:

  • Enthusiastic about building something innovative and willing to take initiative.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in German.
  • Enjoy engaging with clients and demonstrating reliability in your work.
  • Prior experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in a technical or industrial context.
  • A degree or equivalent training in business, technology, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics.
