**Job Summary**

As a Specialist Total Rewards, you will be part of our Group HR Function at Bauer Media Group. You will support the design and deployment of the compensation and benefits strategy in our organization and work closely with colleagues from various countries.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Contribute to the designing and development of global and local total rewards programs
  • Participate in the design and implementation of job architecture
  • Deliver benchmarks on different levels and create pay-bands
  • Be responsible for salary surveys, reporting, and providing market information
  • Assist in annual salary and performance review

**Requirements**

  • Minimum two years of experience with working with compensation and benefits in a bigger organization
  • Able to work with benchmark and experience in salary and performance review
  • Experience with SAP and SuccessFactors will be an advantage
  • Speaking and writing both in German and English on a professional level
  • You are analytical, project-oriented, and have good Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Like to communicate and be curious
  • Can work in teams and as an individual
