Wir suchen einen motivierten und erfahrenen Vertriebsingenieur, der Teil unseres internationalen Teams wird und die Herausforderung annehmen wird, unsere Lösungen in der Region DACH zu vermarkten und zu verkaufen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Vertriebsstrategien, um das Umsatzwachstum und den Marktanteil in der Region DACH nachhaltig zu steigern.
  • Identifikation von Zielkunden und Schlüsselkunden in Fokusbranchen und Aufbau langfristiger Multi-Stakeholder-Beziehungen.
  • Stärkung des Kundenengagements durch gezielte Feedbackschleifen und internationale Best Practices.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Teams, um maßgeschneiderte Lösungen für den DACH-Markt zu entwickeln und zu implementieren.
  • Identifizierung von neuen Marktchancen und Ausbau des Kundenportfolios in einem wettbewerbsintensiven Umfeld.
  • Durchführung von beeindruckenden Demonstrationen und Präsentationen, um neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten zu eröffnen und innovative Lösungen vorzustellen.
  • Aktives Management des Opportunity Funnels und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Vertriebszyklus.
  • Analyse von Markttrends und Wettbewerbslandschaften, um unsere Angebote kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln und optimal auf die Kundenbedürfnisse abzustimmen.

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder umfangreiche Vertriebserfahrung im Bereich Maschinenbau oder Elektrotechnik.
  • Erfahrung im Bereich der zerstörungsfreien Prüfung ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss.
  • Fähigkeit, sowohl kurzfristige Ziele als auch langfristige strategische Pläne erfolgreich umzusetzen, um das Wachstum in der Region zu fördern.
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative und Ergebnisorientierung, gepaart mit einer klaren internationalen Perspektive.
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch sind ein Muss, Französischkenntnisse sind ein Plus.
  • Begeisterung für die Arbeit in einem internationalen Team und für den Aufbau von Kundenbeziehungen über kulturelle und geografische Grenzen hinweg.
