Your Contribution:
- As part of our Healthcare IT Support Team, you will be the point of contact for our customers (mainly hospitals and their IT departments) and support them in using our JiveX products.
- You will ensure the quality and availability of our software solutions through remote access.
- You will take ownership of the process of handling service requests, from analysis to problem-solving and documentation.
- In the event of a 3rd-level support case, you will take the lead and resolve it together with the development team or other experts.
- As the point of contact for our systems, you will also be the internal point of contact for your colleagues and share your knowledge to contribute to the development of our products.
What You Bring:
- You ideally have proven experience in supporting IT systems and applications in medical institutions. We welcome both experienced professionals and new entrants to the field.
- You possess a confident, friendly, and communicative demeanor.
- You are fluent in German and have basic English skills.
- Your work style is characterized by quick understanding and curiosity, making it easy for you to adapt to modular IT products.
- You enjoy delving into complex relationships and are satisfied only when you find a solution.
