- Assist project leadership and the central PMO in managing activities and ensuring budget compliance.
- Schedule and organize project meetings effectively.
- Develop and maintain project plans while tracking milestones and escalating issues as necessary.
- Manage project scope and risks, along with internal document management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in commercial and IT processes.
- Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely in both written and visual formats.
- Strong skills in structuring and prioritizing tasks.
- Excellent proficiency in both German and English, spoken and written.
