Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities- First contact point for all PMO-related issues and questions for internal and external partners.
- Closely cooperate with the Project Director and Stakeholder Management.
- Responsible for leading the PMO office and coordination of all PMO activities, tracking of deadlines and deliverables.
- Moderate status calls and other key meetings.
- Participate and document different meetings, including SteerCo meetings.
- Coordinate status reports and cross-check project documentation.
- Graduation in business economics or equivalent education.
- Experienced knowledge around Project Management, with large IT implementations in an international environment, at least one S/4 HANA implementation, and knowledge of PM standards and processes.
- Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills for different target groups.
- Results-oriented mindset and drive to deliver forward.
- High level of team and service orientation.
- High level of own initiative and assertiveness to drive change and engagement.
- High analytical and strategic skills, openness to learn and grow.
- Certification in TM, PM, and/or Change management would be a plus, agile and waterfall methodology experience preferable.
- SAP experience is a MUST.
- Experience in SAP Activate methodology.
- At least 7 years of direct or indirect leadership experience.
- English level advanced (verbal and writing).
- Europe and working experience in a European-based company.
