Project Manager for S/4HANA Finance Transformation

At METRO, we are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our S/4HANA Finance Transformation project. This role will play a pivotal part in ensuring the project's success by managing its complexities and aligning it with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management and Oversight: Ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to all stakeholders' satisfaction.
  • Strategic Alignment: Work with the steering committee and joint business/IT project leadership to develop a business transformation approach that aligns with the company's strategic vision.
  • Value and Impact Focus: Set up a content and value-oriented transformation office that drives significant organizational impact.
  • Stakeholder Management: Facilitate detailed reviews and decision meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between the program team and external partners.
  • Risk and Compliance Management: Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with project management standards and best practices.
  • Change Management: Lead change management initiatives, ensuring timely alignment with key decision-makers to secure organization-wide buy-in.

As a Project Manager for S/4HANA Finance Transformation, you will have the opportunity to work with a fast-growing international team and contribute to the company's scaling ambitions across multiple markets.
