Job Description

As a key member of the METRO GROUP, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Management Office Head to lead the LUCA Digital Finance implementation project. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the project's overall direction, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all PMO-related issues and questions for internal and external partners.
  • Collaborate closely with the Project Director and stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Lead the PMO office and coordinate all PMO activities, tracking deadlines and deliverables.
  • Moderate status calls and other key meetings.
  • Participate in and document different meetings, including SteerCo meetings.
  • Coordinate status reports and cross-check project documentation.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business economics or equivalent education.
  • Proven experience in project management, particularly with large IT implementations in international environments.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills for diverse target groups.
  • Results-driven mindset with a strong drive to deliver results.
  • High level of team and service orientation.
  • High level of initiative and assertiveness to drive change and engagement.
  • High analytical and strategic skills, with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Certification in TM, PM, and/or Change Management is a plus.
  • SAP experience is mandatory, with experience in SAP Activate methodology preferred.
  • At least 7 years of direct or indirect leadership experience.
  • Advanced English language skills (verbal and written).
  • Experience working in a European-based company.
