Job Title: Head of Transformation and Delivery Management

Uniper is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Transformation and Delivery Management to join our team in Düsseldorf. As a key member of our Transformation & Delivery Management Team, you will play a pivotal role in driving and leading IT transformation initiatives within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute IT transformation projects aligned with the company's goals and objectives
  • Develop and maintain a roadmap for IT transformation initiatives, setting clear timelines, deliverables, and targets
  • Monitor and report on the progress of IT transformation projects, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and quality standards
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the IT teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Program Management of the Core IT portfolio and User & Cloud Platforms program of work by working closely together with stakeholders
  • Engage with senior leaders to create a vision for cloud transformation
  • Ensure compliance regarding the Internal Controls and support audit activities
  • Provide a governance structure for the platforms in scope, including AI governance structure and migration guidelines
  • Manage and optimize cost and cloud consumption to meet planned targets
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Science, or a related field
  • Several years of experience in leading transformation initiatives, preferably in a similar role
  • Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects within scope, budget, and timeline
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Knowledge of transformation methodologies and frameworks, such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile
  • Familiarity with change management principles and practices
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • English language, German optional
