Job Description

As a key member of the METRO Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Management Office (PMO) professional to lead our LUCA Digital Finance implementation project. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of this critical project, which will drive business growth and transformation for the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the PMO office and coordinate all PMO activities, including tracking deadlines and deliverables.
  • Close cooperation with the Project Director and Stakeholder Management.
  • First contact point for all PMO-related issues and questions for internal and external partners.
  • Moderation of status calls and other key meetings.
  • Participation and documentation for different meetings, including SteerCo meetings.
  • Coordination of status reports and cross-check of project documentation.
Requirements:
  • Graduation in business economics or equivalent education.
  • Experience in Project Management, with a strong background in large IT implementations in international environments.
  • Knowledge of PM standards and processes, including S/4 HANA implementation.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills for different target groups.
  • Results-oriented mindset and drive to deliver forward.
  • High level of team and service orientation.
  • High level of own initiative and assertiveness to drive change and engagement.
  • High analytical and strategic skills, openness to learn and grow.
  • Certification in TM, PM, and/or Change management would be a plus.
  • SAP experience is a MUST.
  • Experience in SAP Activate methodology.
  • At least 7 years of direct or indirect leadership experience.
  • English level advanced (verbal and writing).
  • Europe and working experience in a European-based company.
