Strategic Brand Director

Careforce is seeking a driven and experienced Strategic Brand Director to join our team, supporting a leading biopharmaceutical company focused on RNA interference therapeutics.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the brand strategy and driving successful market penetration for innovative therapies.

  • Develop and Execute Local Brand Strategies: Craft comprehensive local brand plans aligned with global objectives, incorporating detailed financial forecasts to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Champion Seamless Campaign Implementation: Oversee the flawless execution of the Therapeutic Treatment Roadmap (TTR) plan, ensuring all activities are implemented effectively and on schedule.
  • Leverage Market Insights for Strategic Alignment: Utilize market research data to inform brand strategy decisions, identifying key trends and opportunities to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Drive Omnichannel Communication Strategies: Develop and manage a comprehensive omnichannel communication plan that engages diverse healthcare stakeholders across multiple platforms.
  • Manage Promotional Budgets and ROI Assessments: Effectively allocate promotional budgets and conduct rigorous ROI assessments to demonstrate the value of marketing initiatives.
  • Foster KOL Relationships and Industry Best Practices: Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to gather insights, build strong relationships, and stay abreast of industry best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as marketing, communications, or business administration.
  • 10+ years of proven experience within the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on brand management or sales.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of success in achieving marketing objectives.
