Director of Market Communications, Western Europe

Utilize your leadership and enthusiasm to enhance Earned Communications, thereby amplifying brand value, visibility, and reputation across Western Europe for one of the most esteemed brands worldwide.
Core Responsibilities
- Design and implement earned media campaigns and strategies aimed at fostering growth in Western Europe, initiating discussions in earned media that reflect LEGO's fundamental values and elevate brand appeal.
- Serve as the liaison between regional market insights and the head of Market Communications to refine global campaign strategies.
- Promote the significance of Earned PR within regional and local marketing teams in Western Europe, ensuring that earned channels are prioritized in integrated marketing plans.
- Empower local teams to tailor global campaigns into effective local strategies across diverse channels (e.g., PR, Influencers, events), ensuring uniformity and excellence in execution.
- Oversee the activation and assessment of campaigns to uphold quality and provide valuable insights for continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain relationships with agency partners to foster collaboration and drive successful outcomes.
As a communications expert, your role will involve safeguarding brand reputation across Western European markets, supporting corporate communication initiatives, and capitalizing on strategic communication opportunities in partnership with local markets.
Working closely with the global communications team, you will offer communication support to the Regional President and leadership team during significant communication events.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in communications (PR, Influencer, Events) or related marketing fields.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a strategic outlook, skilled in crafting effective strategies and plans.
- Clear and detailed communicator, capable of conveying messages effectively.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, adept at managing multiple priorities concurrently.
- Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes and make informed decisions.
- Natural collaborator with strong relationship-building capabilities and adept at stakeholder management.
- Solid understanding of the marketing ecosystem and experience in developing integrated communication programs.
- Experience in complex, global organizations and regional roles is advantageous.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Fluency in English is essential.
