Global Account Manager - EMEA

Focus on DACH Region

This role is based in Germany.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE

Spearhead and manage Global Account Strategies for key clients across the EMEA region, ensuring alignment with financial targets set by the Director of Global Accounts EMEA. Prioritize engagement with Global clients to cultivate new business opportunities while nurturing existing relationships. Build and enhance connections with both internal and external stakeholders worldwide.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Mentor and guide the Regional Specialists Team to develop tailored selling strategies for the EMEA market. Create comprehensive profiles for all current and prospective clients. Establish networks with key influencers within the industry and related sectors. Formulate strategies to attract new accounts and strengthen relationships. Ensure the documentation of new opportunities in the sales management system. Collaborate with other sales teams when necessary to maximize opportunities. Surpass financial objectives by securing new business with both Global and Regional clients. Utilize existing EMEA relationships to drive success. Inspire the Regional Specialist Sales team to achieve local victories. Provide constructive feedback to the management based on field experiences. Deliver timely and precise management reports to the Director of Global Accounts - EMEA. Maintain regular communication with dealers and sales representatives across various time zones. Assist in crafting compelling and intricate commercial proposals. Undertake additional responsibilities as needed to meet business goals.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience

Proficient and knowledgeable in technology.

Quick learner with the ability to assimilate information effectively.

Open to feedback and capable of presenting outcomes to the organization.

Strong strategic selling capabilities.

Exceptional presentation skills.

Solid commercial insight.
