About the Role:
Supermicro is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to drive sales growth in the DACH region. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of data center, communication, and IoT/Edge products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-Level executives at current and past clients.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various methods.
- Meet assigned revenue billing quota and revenue opportunity pipeline quota.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5-7 years of proven experience in Business Development, Manufacturing / Industrial / OEM/ AI / Enterprise Sales or similar field in the IT / Datacenter segment.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field.
- Strong team player with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Professional fluency in English and German are required, both written and spoken. Additional European language is a plus.
