We partner with clients across various sectors including Medical & Dental Technology, Packaging, Consumer Goods, E-mobility, and Industrial Technology to achieve their transformation and diversity objectives. Our approach integrates traditional recruitment and coaching with innovative technology, ensuring customized solutions for both clients and candidates.

Our client, an innovative and sustainability-focused food enterprise, is on the lookout for a proactive and results-oriented National Key Account Manager to enhance their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and grow the foodservice segment within the German market.
  • Formulate and implement the annual budget and strategic business plan for your clientele, collaborating closely with departments such as New Product Development, Category Management, Market Strategy & New Business Development, Sales Support Management, and Supply Chain Planning.
  • Negotiate and finalize annual contracts and tender processes within the set budget, ensuring competitive pricing and precise outgoing proposals.
  • Maintain ongoing engagement with key clients and decision-makers, nurturing robust commercial relationships to meet revenue targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Engage in ESG initiatives and sustainability efforts that align with our environmental, social, and governance strategy.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to uncover commercial opportunities and fortify our market presence.
  • Coordinate customer-focused activities and initiate actions in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Lead internal teams associated with the account to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in account management, sales, or a related field.
  • Exceptional negotiation and relationship management abilities.
  • Proficient in developing and adhering to business plans and budgets.
  • Familiarity with market research and competitive analysis.
  • Experience with foodservice accounts is essential.
  • Dedication to sustainability and ESG initiatives.
