Primary Objective

To enhance market presence through business development across potential national and pan-European accounts.To oversee and nurture existing client relationships.To identify, target, pursue, and secure competitive strategic sales opportunities, ensuring effective management of account expansion.To create and execute a strategy for efficiently responding to national tenders.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve annual revenue, profit, and unit targets.Drive pipeline growth and identify prospective sales opportunities.Manage and deepen relationships with existing accounts.Meet and exceed customer expectations and requirements.Coordinate and manage the tender process effectively.Identify, cultivate, and secure new accounts.Foster internal and external relationships through collaboration with sales support, finance, dealers, and aftermarket teams to enhance sales effectiveness.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent experience.Understanding of complex solution selling and a structured sales methodology, supported by formal training and practical experience.Innovative and tenacious business development capabilities.Expertise in prospecting and negotiating with multiple stakeholders.Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.Experience in responding to national and pan-European tender requests.
