Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Commercial Manager to join our EMEA team at Sungrow. As a key player in our commercial service team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch solutions to our clients in Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Tender and Proposal Management: Lead the preparation of tenders, bids, and proposals for Sungrow customers in Europe, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Support relationship management with customers to incorporate their needs into long-term service offerings, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Team Collaboration: Drive relationship management within Sungrow Sales and Product Manager teams, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve business objectives.
  • Service Strategy Development: Assist the Head of Service Sales with standardizing service offerings and developing long-term service strategies, aligning with business goals.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide monthly service sales reports for the Head of Service Sales and Service operations department, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  • Marketing and Events: Participate in marketing events, exhibitions, and summits, representing Sungrow and promoting our solar energy solutions.
Requirements
  • Education: A business degree with a focus on technology/energy or an engineering background with a commercial mindset.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in commercial service management.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in German and English, with Chinese being a plus.
  • Personal Qualities: A passionate and creative individual with a positive attitude, proactive, dynamic, and goal-oriented.
