Inside Sales Director - Key Role in Client Acquisition

We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Director to play a pivotal role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for the adesso SE Group. As an Inside Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to reach out to potential new clients and promote the full range of digitalization and IT solutions offered by adesso SE, from strategy consulting to IT consulting, software development, application management, and operations.

  • Conduct thorough research to identify key decision-makers in various industries.
  • Proactively engage with decision-makers to understand their needs and requirements, and promote interest in adesso SE through your extensive knowledge of the company's portfolio.
  • Identify collaboration opportunities and focus on long-term and sustainable communication with potential clients.
  • Prepare identified sales opportunities and customer knowledge for account management to ensure successful acquisition of new clients.

Your Skills:

  • Completed commercial training or extensive experience in customer contact management.
  • Demonstrated experience in cold calling and direct approach to companies.
  • Comfortable dealing with demanding corporate clients and enjoy persuading and winning over customers.
  • Persistent follow-up on sales opportunities.
  • Effective objection handling and value-oriented argumentation.
  • Proficiency in digital media.
  • Strong communication skills, goal orientation, and closure focus.
