Your Role

As an Inside Sales Manager, you will be the key to acquiring new customers and managing existing relationships for the adesso Group. You will be responsible for researching and contacting decision-makers in various industries, developing a deep understanding of their needs and requirements, and identifying opportunities for collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential customers in various industries
  • Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers through proactive communication and a deep understanding of their needs
  • Utilize your knowledge of the adesso portfolio to identify opportunities for collaboration and drive business growth
  • Focus on long-term and sustainable communication with customers to build trust and drive results
  • Prepare and present identified sales opportunities and customer insights to the account management team to drive successful customer acquisition

Requirements

  • Completed commercial education or several years of experience in customer-facing sales roles
  • Proven experience in cold calling and direct sales to businesses
  • Comfortable working with complex business customers and a passion for customer acquisition and retention
  • Ability to identify and pursue sales opportunities with a focus on results
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in digital media and tools
  • Strong customer service and sales skills
