KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of Workforce Management and ATOSS offerings
- Guide and nurture a team of account executives
- Execute strategies to capitalize on sales opportunities
- Spot opportunities for market expansion
- Establish robust relationships with essential stakeholders
- Coordinate with internal departments for cohesive operations
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 5-8 years of leadership experience in B2B SaaS environments
- Familiarity with enterprise software solutions
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth
- Analytical approach and sense of responsibility
- Openness to travel
