Your duties:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all personnel at the reception, nurturing a welcoming work environment
  • Manage the main telephone line with courtesy and professionalism
  • Assist visitors and external collaborators, including vendors and service providers
  • Oversee shared spaces and manage orders for office supplies and catering services
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes while celebrating employee achievements
  • Organize company-wide events and work closely with various teams and leadership
  • Assist with travel management and reservations

What we seek from you:

  • Previous experience in administrative roles, customer service, or a related field
  • Preferably, a completed vocational training
  • Proficiency in office software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a strong affinity for technology
  • Fluency in both German and English for effective interaction
  • Demonstrate a friendly and professional attitude, reflecting the organization's values consistently
  • Exhibit proactive, attentive, and solution-oriented characteristics with a pragmatic mindset
