Position Overview: Administrative Coordinator (m/f/d) at GFA Digital

In the GFA Digital division, we assist all departments in implementing and integrating digital solutions and innovations that enhance our core and support processes, collaborating closely with our subsidiary, GFA Syscom.

Key Responsibilities

Your role will encompass:

  • Overseeing and evaluating the utilization of IT applications at GFA headquarters and across various projects;
  • Assisting in the oversight of expenditures and service provider agreements;
  • Coordinating with the data protection office, works council, and IT service providers;
  • Monitoring data deletion protocols;
  • Organizing internal IT training sessions;
  • Supporting the preparation of reports, concepts, and presentations;
  • Documenting internal events and processes;
  • Facilitating internal communication and visibility.
Qualifications

Your qualifications include:

  • A completed commercial vocational training (e.g., office clerk, foreign language correspondence, European assistant) or a Bachelor's degree with relevant initial professional experience;
  • Proficient written communication skills in both German and English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous;
  • 3-5 years of experience in office management and administrative support;
  • A strong curiosity, affinity for IT, and a service-oriented mindset;
  • High proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel;
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team;
  • A strong sense of responsibility and commitment to quality;
  • Excellent organizational skills;
  • An open and communicative personality;
  • Flexibility and adaptability to manage a variety of tasks.
