In der Position als Administrative Coordinator im Bereich Controlling (m/w/d) wirst du eine zentrale Rolle in unserer Organisation einnehmen, indem du eine Vielzahl von Aufgaben übernimmst, die von der Datenverwaltung bis zur Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Prognosen reichen.Was bieten wir dir?

Was erwartet dich?
  • Du erfasst und kontrollierst Daten in unseren Datenmanagement-Tools
  • Du übernimmst das Cashflow-Controlling für verschiedene Gesellschaften im In- und Ausland
  • Du erstellst Berichte und Präsentationen
  • Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Cashflow- und Gewinnprognosen
  • Du kommunizierst mit verschiedenen Parteien, darunter Landwirte, Anwälte, Buchhalter, Banken und Behörden
  • Du erledigst kurzfristige und wiederkehrende administrative Aufgaben
  • Du bist verantwortlich für das Dokumentenmanagement
  • Du prüfst Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen
  • Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung von buchhalterischen Berichten
  • Du führst Potentialanalysen als Grundlage für die Objektsteuerung gemeinsam mit dem Team durch
Was solltest du mitbringen?
  • Ein großes Interesse an Kommunikation, Organisation und Controlling
  • Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im kaufmännischen Bereich
  • Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch und Deutsch; Spanisch und/oder Dänisch sind wünschenswert
  • Sehr gute Fähigkeiten in Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ein hohes Maß an Einsatzbereitschaft und Eigenmotivation
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ein Auge für Details
  • Gute Umgangsformen, Wert auf Diskretion und Teamfähigkeit
