About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Passion for People GmbH. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for positioning innovative MES products, building a strong sales network, and monitoring market and competitor trends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a tailored sales strategy in collaboration with the team
  • Manage projects from initial contact to final implementation of products in companies and maintain customer relationships
  • Generate new leads, take care of existing customers, and independently sell suitable software solutions and consulting services
  • Identify opportunities and develop individual project offers, and contribute to the organization and execution of customer events
Requirements
  • Completed degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Proven experience in software sales and interest in topics such as digitalization, Industry 4.0, and Smart Factory
  • High level of self-initiative and implementation strength
  • Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working, with a passion for interacting with people
  • Analytical and entrepreneurial thinking
  • Quick understanding and strong communication skills
  • Service-oriented mindset and basic IT knowledge
  • Excellent German language skills in writing and speaking, with good English language skills
