Position Overview

We are currently seeking a motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our dedicated team. This role is essential in assisting our expanding user community in maximizing the value of our software solutions. As a key liaison for customer interactions, you will play a vital role in nurturing client relationships and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional support services across various software products to our growing clientele through multiple communication channels.
  • Provide detailed information and insights regarding product functionalities and features.
  • Conduct training sessions to guide customers in the effective implementation and utilization of our software.
  • Act as the customer advocate by documenting feedback and relaying insights to the Product and Engineering teams.
  • Troubleshoot software issues and escalate technical problems to facilitate prompt resolutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve customer inquiries.
  • Contribute to the design and testing phases of new software during the development process.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and automation to improve customer and team efficiency.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining professionalism in all interactions.

Qualifications

  • Possess a college degree or equivalent experience.
  • Fluent in French, English, and German, with strong communication skills.
  • Experience in a technical support or SaaS customer service role, providing support during business hours.
  • Proficient in software and hardware technologies, with a quick learning ability for various applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical information clearly.
  • Demonstrate a professional demeanor and a commitment to customer service.
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills and a genuine passion for assisting others.
  • Exhibit a collaborative work style and self-motivation.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite or equivalent software.
  • Basic understanding of database management, customer relationship management, and enterprise resource planning systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in B2B, SaaS, or on-premises software support.
  • Experience with ticketing systems such as Zendesk, ServiceCloud, or ServiceNow.
  • Background in the Electronics or Purchasing sectors.
