Your Role as Key Account Manager- Full Time

In your capacity as a Key Account Manager, you will oversee the management of key OEM accounts, fostering enduring relationships and optimizing sales potential. Your role will involve aligning our offerings with client requirements to ensure mutual growth and success.
Your Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary liaison for key accounts, addressing client inquiries and nurturing robust, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
- Sales and Revenue Development: Discover upselling and cross-selling prospects, formulate strategic account plans, and collaborate with internal teams to guarantee timely delivery of products/services.
- Account Strategy and Analysis: Evaluate market trends and client feedback to shape strategies, create tailored presentations, and track account performance metrics.
- Coordination and Communication: Work closely with marketing, product, and support teams to align with client needs and ensure seamless project execution, while providing regular updates to senior management.
- Excellence in Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by delivering outstanding service, acting as a trusted advisor, and providing valuable insights and recommendations.
- Demonstrated experience (3+ years) as a Key Account Manager or in a comparable sales/account management position.
- Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities, coupled with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient sales and negotiation abilities.
- Analytical skills, with experience in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with SQL and PowerBI is advantageous.
- Fluency in English and German is essential.
