IC Resources is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development and management of business relationships with key automotive and robotics companies.

We are looking for an experienced individual to join our team in Munich and drive the company's solutions and services forward in the field of artificial intelligence development, testing, and deployment of autonomous safety systems.

As the Senior Global Account Manager / Account Director, you will be responsible for expanding the existing client base by working closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer business requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software, ADAS, and automotive, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, including quota-carrying, solution-selling, and executive-level communication skills.

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales and strategic customer development
  • Start-up mindset and solid business acumen
  • Executive-level communication skills and credibility
