Type: Permanent, full-time - Hybrid (Remote/Regensburg)

YOUR ROLE
As an Organization & Compliance Manager (m/f/d), you will be essential in upholding and advancing our information security management framework, ensuring adherence to data protection regulations, and overseeing our governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) strategies.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in steering the organization through audits, implementing security protocols, and fostering a robust culture of information security within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance and sustain our current information security management framework in accordance with DIN 27001 and ISO 20243, guiding the organization through both internal and external audits.
  • Guarantee compliance with GDPR and other pertinent data protection regulations in partnership with our data privacy officer.
  • Administer, evaluate, and refine our GRC and internal control frameworks.
  • Oversee modifications to our organizational structure and process landscape.
  • Manage existing customer and partner contracts and support the development of new agreements.

YOUR PROFILE
You possess a degree in Business Administration, Commercial Apprenticeship, or a related field. You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in organizational roles, preferably within the IT sector. Your expertise includes:

  • Comprehensive knowledge or practical experience in information security, data protection, GRC, and internal control frameworks.
  • Extensive experience in managing industry certifications and standards, particularly DIN ISO, along with initial exposure to preparing and conducting internal and external audits.
  • Awareness of industry guidelines, updates, and trends related to data protection.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A high level of motivation, adaptability, and the capability to work autonomously.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and German.
