Compliance and Organizational Development Manager

YOUR ROLE: As an Organization & Compliance Manager (m/f/d), you will be essential in upholding and advancing our information security management framework, ensuring adherence to data protection regulations, and overseeing our governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) initiatives.
The successful candidate will be instrumental in steering the organization through audits, implementing security protocols, and fostering a strong culture of information security within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance and sustain our current information security management system in accordance with DIN 27001 and ISO 20243, guiding the organization through both internal and external audits.
- Guarantee compliance with GDPR and other pertinent data protection regulations in collaboration with our data privacy officer.
- Administer, evaluate, and refine our GRC and internal control frameworks.
- Oversee modifications to our organizational structure and process landscape.
- Manage existing customer and partner contracts and assist in the development of new agreements.
YOUR PROFILE:
- A degree in Business Administration, Commercial Apprenticeship, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in an organizational capacity, preferably within the IT sector.
- Strong knowledge or practical experience in information security, data protection, GRC, and internal control frameworks.
- Extensive experience in managing industry certifications and standards, particularly DIN ISO, along with initial experience in preparing and conducting internal & external audits.
- Familiarity with industry guidelines, updates, and trends concerning data protection.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Highly motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English & German.
