YOUR ROLE
As an Organization & Compliance Manager (m/f/d), you will be essential in upholding and advancing our information security management framework, ensuring adherence to data protection regulations, and overseeing our governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) initiatives.
The successful candidate will significantly influence the organization’s audit processes, implement robust security protocols, and foster a culture of information security awareness throughout the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance and maintain our existing information security management framework in accordance with DIN 27001 and ISO 20243, guiding the organization through both internal and external audits.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and other pertinent data protection regulations in collaboration with our data privacy officer.
- Administer, evaluate, and refine our GRC and internal control mechanisms.
- Oversee modifications to our organizational structure and process landscape.
- Manage existing customer and partner contracts and support the development of new agreements.
YOUR PROFILE
You possess a degree in Business Administration, Commercial Apprenticeship, or a related field. You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in organizational roles, preferably within the IT sector. Your expertise includes:
- Comprehensive knowledge or practical experience in information security, data protection, GRC, and internal control frameworks.
- Extensive experience in managing industry certifications and standards, particularly DIN ISO, along with initial experience in preparing and conducting internal and external audits.
- Awareness of industry guidelines, updates, and trends concerning data protection.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A proactive, adaptable approach with the capability to work autonomously.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and German.
