About the Role

As our Head of Compensation and Benefits, you will be reporting to the Human Resources Director for Germany and Cluster DACH. This exciting opportunity will come with the responsibility of managing and driving compensation and benefits agenda in Germany in line with global Imperial Brands compensation and benefits guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement pension plans and early retirement strategies
  • Design and manage tariff policies
  • Design and implement social plans and termination agreements
  • Develop and manage share schemes
  • Oversee payroll and HR operations
  • Lead compensation and benefits initiatives

Requirements

  • Proven experience in compensation and benefits
  • Strong people leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficient Microsoft Excel user
  • Fluency in German and English
