Commercial Director Vaccines

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Sales and Marketing Combined Director to join our team at 582 GlaxoSmithKline GmbH & Co. KG. As a key member of our commercial leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping our global commercial strategy and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive global commercial strategy that aligns with our business objectives and drives revenue growth.
- Lead cross-functional teams to launch new products and services, ensuring successful market entry and competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with regional and local operating companies to drive commercial excellence and consistency across the organization.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, customers, and partners.
- 10+ years of senior commercial experience in a large market, with a proven track record of driving business growth and commercial success.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business issues and develop effective solutions.
- Experience in regional or local operating company commercial roles, with a strong understanding of global commercial operations.
- MBA or equivalent graduate degree.
- Accelerated Delivery Program (ADP) Practitioner certification.
- Proven track record of influencing and challenging thinking, with the ability to gain credibility with senior stakeholders.
- Strong strategic thinking and disciplined execution skills, with the ability to balance pace, rigor, and risk.
- Experience in managing individual performance, creating a performance culture, and driving results.
