Are you a seasoned compensation and benefits professional looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our team at Annapurna.

About the Role

This is a new role within our HR function, responsible for designing and deploying the compensation and benefits strategy for our international media company. You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement global compensation structures, bonus schemes, and employee benefits plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement global compensation strategies and structures
  • Design and deploy bonus schemes and employee benefits plans
  • Conduct benchmark analyses and derive market trends
  • Provide recommendations for action to our leadership team
  • Manage international projects and stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain compensation processes and tools
Requirements

We are looking for a highly analytical and responsible individual with at least 7 years of experience in compensation and benefits in a matrix organization. You should have strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, as well as solid SAP/SuccessFactors experience. International compensation systems and structures are a must.
