Strategic Development Manager (m/w/d) - Service Solutions


Welche Aufgaben erwarten Sie?

  • Mit Ihrem umfassenden Fachwissen im Bereich Servicelösungen innerhalb der Umspannanlage analysieren Sie Zielmärkte für individuelle Lösungen und überprüfen die getroffenen Annahmen.
  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die Planung der Umsetzung und die kontinuierliche Überwachung der Geschäftsentwicklungspipeline unter Verwendung relevanter Leistungskennzahlen (KPIs).
  • Um die erfolgreiche Implementierung von Servicelösungen zu gewährleisten, akquirieren Sie Schlüsselpartner und arbeiten eng mit dem Vertrieb zusammen.
  • Bei der Einführung von Servicelösungen unterstützen Sie Tochtergesellschaften und fördern den Wissensaustausch.
  • Zur Realisierung der Geschäftsentwicklungsstrategie identifizieren Sie lokale Kooperationspartner und potenzielle Übernahmekandidaten.

Was erwarten wir von Ihnen?

  • Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Ingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Sie bringen bereits relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Asset Management in der Energietechnik sowie im Bereich Geschäftsentwicklung mit.
  • Sie verfügen über ein ausgezeichnetes internationales Netzwerk in den Zielmärkten.
  • Sie handeln eigenverantwortlich und haben Erfahrung im Management komplexer, internationaler Projekte mit vielfältigen Stakeholdern.
  • Sie sehen sich als Lösungsanbieter und sind in der Lage, Kunden und Kollegen von Ihren Ideen zu überzeugen.
  • Eine analytische, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise, Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten zeichnen Sie aus.
  • Ein internationales Mindset, verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie eine hohe Reisebereitschaft runden Ihr Profil ab.
