Strategic Partnerships Manager

Join Our Team as a Strategic Partnerships Manager (f/m/d) for Distribution Grid Solutions
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement business growth initiatives aimed at acquiring key clients, including strategies for marketing, sales partnerships, target demographics, and influential stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze strategic and technological trends in selected European markets, collaborating with key network operators to formulate actionable insights for commercial endeavors.
- Identify and assess target markets and prospective clients for business expansion efforts.
- Formulate, refine, and execute business development strategies to enhance market presence.
- Lead and manage flagship initiatives in collaboration with key clients.
- Establish yourself as a thought leader by authoring and coordinating impactful publications and conference presentations, often in partnership with key clients.
Qualifications:
- A degree in electrical engineering, business management with a technical emphasis, or a related field.
- A visionary with strategic insight: You possess the ability to identify market opportunities early, leveraging your understanding of client needs and applications, and pursue them with a blend of technical acumen and sales expertise.
- Extensive experience in the energy sector, preferably with a background in working with grid operators or original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), providing you with a deep understanding of their challenges and operational frameworks.
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or market expansion, ideally with experience in international collaboration.
- Adept at engaging and motivating both clients and internal teams.
- Possess strong analytical, structured, and results-driven work habits, complemented by assertiveness and excellent communication skills.
- An international perspective and fluency in English are essential to complete your profile.
