Job Responsibilities

As a Global Supplier Development Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and executing the full audit process, from preparation to execution to follow-up
  • Harmonizing and improving internal supplier development processes, guidelines, and KPIs across all locations
  • Collaborating with global category managers to identify critical, strategic, and high-potential suppliers
  • Improving supplier capabilities and competitiveness in areas such as cost, quality, lead time, and technology
  • Supporting internal organization in supplier and material approval processes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in industrial engineering, business administration, or a related field
  • Several years of experience in supplier development, preferably in the transformer industry
  • ISO auditor certification, ideally in accordance with ISO 9001, 14001 Environmental, and 45001 Safety
  • Exceptional skills in analytics, project management, self-organization, structuring, and prioritization, as well as assertiveness and teamwork skills
  • Business fluency in English and experience with Microsoft Office
  • A willingness to travel up to 30%
