We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Supplier Development Lead to join our team. As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and executing the full audit process, from preparation to execution and follow-up
- Harmonizing and improving internal supplier development processes, guidelines, and KPIs across all our locations
- Collaborating with global category managers to identify critical, strategic, and high-potential suppliers
- Improving supplier capabilities and competitiveness in areas such as cost, quality, lead time, and technology
- Supporting internal organization in supplier and material approval processes
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in industrial engineering, business administration, or a related field
- Several years of experience in supplier development, preferably in the transformer industry
- ISO auditor certification, ideally in accordance with ISO 9001, 14001 Environmental, and 45001 Safety
- Exceptional skills in analytics, project management, self-organization, structuring, prioritization, assertiveness, teamwork, and communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Business fluency in English and experience with Microsoft Office
- A willingness to travel up to 30%
