- Collaborate with global category managers to identify critical, strategic, and high-potential suppliers

- A degree in industrial engineering, business administration, or a related field
- Several years of experience in supplier development, preferably within the transformer industry
- ISO auditor certification, ideally in accordance with ISO 9001, 14001 Environmental, and 45001 Safety standards
- Exceptional skills in analytics, project and process management, self-organization, structuring, prioritization, assertiveness, teamwork, and communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Fluency in English and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Willingness to travel up to 30%
