We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Maschinenfabrik Reinhausen GmbH in Regensburg. As a key member of our Power business unit, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the distribution grid application space.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to win key customers and partners in the European market.
- Stay up-to-date with strategic and technical developments in prioritized European countries and network operators, and derive commercial recommendations from this.
- Determine target markets and customers for business development activities.
- Develop and optimize business development strategies to drive growth and revenue.
- Coordinate flagship projects with target customers to drive business results.
- Take on a thought leadership role by writing and coordinating relevant publications and conference papers, in collaboration with key customers.
Requirements
- University degree in electrical engineering, business administration with a technical focus, or similar.
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or market development, with a strong understanding of the energy sector and its challenges.
- Excellent analytical, structured, and results-oriented working style, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- International mindset and business fluent English skills.
