Your Responsibilities
- Support our team for a minimum of 12 months in a parental leave capacity.
- Oversee the commercial and technical assistance for our Chinese vendors.
- Translate merchant ideas into innovative features.
- Enhance merchant performance in alignment with our key performance indicators.
- Collaborate closely with other departments, including Marketplace Controlling.
- Identify and strategize promotional offers.
Your Qualifications
- A university degree with a focus on economics.
- Experience in account management, customer support, or inside sales, preferably in the e-commerce sector.
- Strong communication skills and a wealth of innovative ideas.
- Excellent conceptual thinking and numerical skills.
- A proactive attitude, strong team spirit, and a desire to enhance and evolve processes.
- Fluency in Chinese and strong English skills; proficiency in German is advantageous.
