Your Responsibilities
- Support us for a minimum of 12 months as a parental leave substitute.
- Oversee the commercial and technical assistance for our Chinese merchants.
- Translate merchant ideas into new features.
- Enhance merchant performance based on our key performance indicators.
- Collaborate closely with other departments, including Marketplace Controlling.
- Identify and strategize promotional offers.
Your Profile
- Possess a university degree in economics or a related field.
- Have experience in account management, customer support, or inside sales, preferably in the e-commerce sector.
- Exhibit strong communication skills and a wealth of innovative ideas.
- Demonstrate excellent conceptual thinking and numerical skills.
- Show a proactive attitude, strong team spirit, and a desire to enhance and evolve processes.
- Be a native Chinese speaker with proficient English skills; knowledge of German is an advantage.
