Your Role - Key Responsibilities
- Support our team for a minimum of 12 months as a parental leave substitute.
- Manage both commercial and technical assistance for our merchants from China.
- Translate merchant ideas into new features and enhancements.
- Optimize merchant performance based on established KPIs.
- Collaborate closely with other departments, including Marketplace Controlling.
- Identify and strategize promotional offers.
Your Profile - What We Are Looking For
- A university degree in economics or a related field.
- Experience in account management, customer support, or inside sales, preferably in the e-commerce sector.
- Strong communication skills and a wealth of innovative ideas.
- Excellent conceptual thinking and numerical aptitude.
- A proactive attitude, strong team spirit, and a desire to enhance and evolve processes.
- Fluency in Chinese and strong English skills; proficiency in German is advantageous.
