About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Rail-Flow GmbH. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers for our innovative Rail-Flow platform solutions.

Your primary focus will be on generating and qualifying leads, preparing and conducting customer meetings, and negotiating and finalizing customer contracts. You will also be responsible for identifying and closing cross-selling opportunities between our platform solutions for the same customer.

In addition to sales responsibilities, you will also contribute to sales management, product, and partner development by targeting new customers, identifying opportunities for product development, and creating partnerships with suitable partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold and warm acquisition
  • Prepare, conduct, and follow up on customer meetings
  • Create proposals, negotiate, and finalize customer contracts
  • Identify and close cross-selling opportunities
  • Account management of customers after implementation
  • Target new customers and generate a sales pipeline
  • Identify opportunities for product development and create corresponding concepts
  • Create partnerships with suitable partners
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in selling B2B software
  • Strong team skills, negotiation skills, and persistence
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Excellent listening, presentation, and communication skills
  • Knowledge in intermodal logistics is a plus
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills in German and English
