About the Role

As a Key Account Director, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Originate new business opportunities, targeting clients with a turnover of £50M+.
  • Sell cash management, FX hedging, and payment products to clients.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses, strategies, and challenges to provide effective solutions.
  • Support our client relationship culture through regular customer contact, written reports, and exceptional customer service.

  • Can develop sales strategies, techniques, and tactics based on customer feedback and market environment.
  • Are a skilled negotiator and communicator, able to build and leverage relationships at senior levels.
  • Are relationship-focused, nurturing long-term commercial relationships.
  • Have a good understanding of business needs and goals from a treasury and budgeting perspective.
  • Speak fluent German and English.
