As a key member of our Group HR Function, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the compensation and benefits strategy for Bauer Media Group. Your expertise will be instrumental in designing and deploying a comprehensive rewards program that aligns with our global business objectives.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a global compensation strategy that drives business results and supports our company's growth ambitions.
  • Design and maintain compensation and benefit structures that are tailored to the needs of our diverse workforce across 14 countries.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Finance to determine and analyze personnel cost budgets, ensuring alignment with our business goals.
  • Lead a team of Total Rewards Managers, providing guidance and support to drive excellence in compensation and benefits delivery.
  • Conduct benchmark analyses to identify market trends and make recommendations for action, ensuring our compensation and benefits programs remain competitive and effective.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, including senior leadership and business partners.
Your Profile
  • You hold a business degree and have a minimum of seven years of experience in compensation and benefits, with a proven track record of success in international matrix organizations.
  • You possess expertise in conceptual development and optimization of international compensation systems and structures, with a deep understanding of the complexities of global rewards management.
  • You have a strong project management background, with experience in implementing complex projects and driving stakeholder engagement.
  • You are fluent in German and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You have a strong analytical mindset, with expertise in data analysis and interpretation, and experience with tools like SAP and SuccessFactors.
